[ As Thor takes the zune, he blinks in consternation at the strange device -- it's small enough that he could accidentally crush it with one hand -- but after scrolling through, he eventually manages to find a song that works. ]

[ And so, he bursts into the CarltonFresh, exuberantly wildly-swinging arms and all, to Tom Jones' "It's Not Unusual". After a bit of that, he segues to doing Take the L: one hand displaying an ostenatious L against his forehead, other hand against his stomach, and legs kicking out whimsically to the sides. Joyous mockery.
And lastly, The Floss; which Thor pulls off with some measure of grace and rhythm, actually, his hips see-sawing neatly back and forth. He's a good dancer! Too bad all his modern role models all come from Fortnite!! ]
[ Peter's face goes through a whole array of emotions, from confusion to flabbergast and a hint of fright, because how is any of this considered dancing? For a few seconds, he's worried Thor is having a seizure of some sort. But no, the god looks like he's even enjoying himself, moving his arms and hips wildly around.
It's, well...interesting to say the least. So much that Peter has to sit on the bed as he stares, hand sometimes coming up to hide his mouth. If it's in horror or to mask his smile, it's not all the clear. At least until Thor does the floss, which causes Peter to lose it and laugh out loud for the first time in...god, he can't remember. It's been so long and it feels good. ]

[ It's been a long time since Thor has felt this light, too, and it's refreshing getting to cut loose on the Benatar in the wake of having won, of no longer having that massive weight of failure across his shoulders. Being with friends. Distracting himself, with the simple enjoyment of pestering the other man. And at Peter's incredulity, Thor's response is filled with mock-affront, insistent: ]

Like this! [ And he's off again, delighted and demonstrating: arms straight, penduluming in contrast to the movement of his hips. When Quill falters, Thor heaves the long-suffering sigh of a man who has seen it all. ] Gods, you're useless. No. Like this.
[ And he just goes and sidles right into Peter's personal space and seizes the other man's hips to amiably demonstrate, all up-close, like he's teaching him to golf. YEAH THAT'S HAPPENING ]
[ Yeah, that just makes Peter laugh again. There's just something really funny about how invested Thor is into the dancing. ] I'm not useless! It's just a weird dance. You're weird. [ Peter's laugh turns into a surprised squeak when Thor's hands end on his hips. WHAT. ]O..kay. Uhm.
[ To his credit, he does try to follow Thor's advice but he finds himself being unusually uncoordinated about the whole thing. It's just...Thor. It's distracting to have the man so close, especially when Peter doesn't really know what he is doing.
So rather than pushing his hips to the side, Peter ends rolling them back against Thor. He's more used to sway them in a slow way than jerking them from one side to the other. ]
[ Clearly, Thor did not think this through. (That's pretty par for the course, though.) He inhales sharply when Peter rolls back into him, the too-close contact making his heartbeat ratchet up a notch. Shit.
He'd meant to storm in here and one-up the man, demonstrate his superiority. But maybe Thor's train of thought's been derailed a little by their earlier conversation. About making new mistakes. But there's also that touch-starved loneliness and ache and it's been a long godsdamned time since anyone's touched him like this, and the other man's head tilts and there's that arch of his neck, the muscle of his shoulder.
Thor could lean over and just kiss that exposed skin, right there. Softly, tenderly.
And yet. They don't know each other well enough for that. So he leans forward and, with a grin, bites the slope of Peter's neck instead, a light nip with teeth and tongue but sharp enough to make the other man whirl around and face him. ]
[ Peter tenses and makes small, surprised sound before turning back as Thor predicted. His green eyes are big and lit with a kind of aching that wasn't there before. He looks anything but put off, this might not be the reaction the god of thunder was expecting. ]

He bares his own teeth, grinning like the cat who's about to eat the canary. There's a split second before grabs at the front of Thor's shirt, pulling him forward and clashing their mouths together. He bits down on the man's lower lip, the touch making every nerve in his body and brain electrified, eyes tight shut.
Yes, it might be a mistake, but Peter excels at those. He never learns, one of his issues. ]
